We are a well established independent automotive repair shop looking for a motivated, outgoing service advisor/office manager with outstanding customer service skills to continue our 5 star customer reviews. We believe in building long term relationships with our clients based upon the service & repair of their vehicles.
Monday through Friday 7:30-5:15,
NO late nights & NO weekends EVER
Automotive experience needed
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones & scheduling customers
- Greeting customers when dropping off vehicles
- Writing up detailed descriptions of customers concerns
- Reviewing customer service history on vehicle
- Distributing work between technicians efficiently
- Communicating with customer about repairs & recommended additional service
- Working with technicians to get them needed parts
- Creating invoices for customer vehicles
- Making sure vehicles are done in a timely manner
- Taking payment & arranging pick up of customer vehicles
- Some very light bookkeeping & recording of data for reports
- Quality controlling to help maintain our 5 star reviews
